BiCockpit is a cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that does not require physical delivery. Users gain access to their account information via email after initiating their subscription. Since the service is web-based, no software installation is required.
2. Service Accessibility
- Users gain immediate access to BiCockpit upon starting their subscription.
- Username and password details are automatically sent to the email address provided during registration.
- In case of any access issues, users can contact our support team.
3. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Subscription Cancellation: Users have the right to cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation requests take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and the subscription will not be renewed for the following period.
- Refund Policy: Since BiCockpit is a digital service, payments made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. However, if the service is not provided as promised, users may contact our support team within 14 days to request an investigation and refund.
4. Subscription Modifications
- Plan Changes: Users may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan. Any changes will take effect in the next billing period.
- Account Deletion: If users request account deletion, they acknowledge that this action is irreversible.

7. General Conditions
Monthly period in a user account: Your monthly period is out of sync with the calendar months. The period depends on the date of registration. If you signed up on the 14th of the month, each monthly period will run from the 14th day of the month to the 13th day of the following month
Trial period: The first month, after you have created a user account, you can try Bicockpit.com for free (with the exception of optionally paid services). During this period you can evaluate whether we meet your wishes and your company. If not, you can delete your user account at any time and stop using it.
Price changes: We may change our prices in the future. If we do this, we will notify you of the change at least four weeks in advance via our website or by email. If you do not agree with the change, you can delete your user account. If you continue to use Bicockpit.com after those four weeks, you indicate that you agree with the change.
It may also happen that we adjust our prices every year based on the inflation adjustment. We will also notify you at least four weeks in advance and you can also delete your user account if you do not agree with this.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability
BiCockpit does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Users acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with the use of the platform.
